RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Velvora, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Gift cards

Downloadable products

Items damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective products, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by Velvora. For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
